So I am not sure if I can do percent error or not.
We were able to find the static and kinetic friction ,but teacher never gave any theoretical value.
Do i just use static and kinetic friction to find the percent error like use static as exp. and kinetic and theo.?
Thank you!  Smiling Face with Open Mouth

If no theoretical value was given, I have to think one can only calculate a percent difference.  The percent difference is the absolute difference of the values (usually 2) divided by the average of the the values, then multiplied by 100.  Hope that helps.
