in an experiment two muscles were electrically stimulated and their responses were noted. Muscle fibte 1 was found to have a threshold stimulus of 32mV. In a seperate investigation, a student stimulated these same two neurons with an electrical probe starting with a strength of 5 mV and for each sequential test increase the probe strength by 10mV.

Which row identifies correctly the excitatory and inhibitory neurons?

A. Row A
B. Row B
C. Row C
D. Row D

the answer i believe it is b because the threshold for muscle fiber 1 is passed and should contract while muscle fiber 2 remains relaxed till the threshold is passed
