When referring to DNA transcription, the coding strand is the DNA strand which has the same base sequence as the RNA transcript produced (although with thymine replaced by uracil). It is this strand which contains codons, while the non-coding strand contains anti codons.

Coding strand: TAGCAGTACGTCT

yeah, i have 5 more attempts. should i switch the entire strands or just reverse their order and keep them in the same line

See, instead of this TAGCAGTACGTCT, switch the order like this TGTCG.. In other words, what was first becomes last and vice versa.
