Let's find out.

Rs = 2MG / C^2
Rs = (2)((1.98e30)(1.0e6))(6.674e-11) / (299792458)^2
Rs = 2.8 * 10^9m or 2.8 * 10^6km

That would be the Schwarzschilds radius for the one with a million solar masses. To find the one with a billion just change (1.0e6) to (1.0e9).
