The Declaration of Rights and Grievances
 
  a. declared that the colonists no longer accepted Parliament's authority.
  b. promised to enforce the Proclamation Line of 1763 in exchange for Parliament lifting the Intolerable Acts.
  c. accepted Parliament's right to regulate colonial commerce but not to tax the colonies directly.
  d. called for a national government for the colonies.
