Hi, I am trying to revise this section but just need to know HOW to work it it, I don't want any answers, just sums I need to work out perhaps:)

Question:
In an experiment a block of copper is heated from 25°C to 45°C.
The mass of the block is 1.3kg.
Calculate the energy needed to increase the temperature of the copper from 25°C to 45°C.
Specific heat capacity of copper = 380J/kg°C.
