How did the League's failure with Japan create a domino effect for violation of League policies?

  A) Mussolini no longer attempted to broker a deal with Ethiopia via League channels.
  B) Germany invaded Czechoslovakia immediately following Japan's success.
  C) Italy seized Balkan territory it coveted after World War I with no League response.
  D) Many former League members felt it incumbent upon themselves to seize territory to further their own ventures and resources.
  E) Mussolini took action against Ethiopia after the failure of the League to respond to Japan, and other Axis countries followed suit knowing the League was powerless.
