How can the actual concentration of same or other material influence in cell and extracellular space the transportation of ions or organic compounds from cell to extracellular space?
How is transportation of materials from blood to intestinal tract (via saliva, gastric juice, bile, intestinal juice, pancreatic juice etc.) influenced by the actual concentration in blood and the volume of intestinal content and actual concentration in intestinal content?

Hello micsf

Many molecules pass the phospholipid membrane passively by flowing from a concentration of high to low. When the concentration of a certain molecule increases on one side of the membrane, it could change the homeostatic balance of that molecule, therefore allowing it to flow into or out of the cell.
