Cell-surface receptors relay signals via small molecules and a network of intracellular signaling proteins. Describe 5 different classes of these signalling molecules/proteins and their roles in receptor-tyrosine kinase signal transduction pathways.

I'm unsure as to what the classes are, I know examples of signalling molecules and proteins.
