a. dilute urine has an osmolality of ~100 mOsm
b. the osmolality at the Loop of Henle is lower than the glomerular osmolality
c. concentrated urine has an osmolality of ~1200 mOsm
d. the osmolality of a single person’s urine can change throughout a day
