Hey ellieroseee, welcome to the forum:

c) one diploid cell

Haploid cells have only one homologous chromosome, for example, sperm and egg cells. When the haploid cells join together, they become a cell with a pair of homologous chromosomes. When two haploid cells join, the cell will contain a diploid number of chromosomes, giving them the name diploid cells.
