Although it has a Muslim majority, why did Kashmir join India rather than Pakistan?
 
  a. The Muslims of Kashmir were separatists who feared the Muslims of Pakistan.
  b. The leader of Kashmir was a Hindu.
  c. India threatened to bomb Kashmir if it did not join.
  d. Britain refused to allow it to join Kashmir.
  e. Pakistan did not want Kashmir, fearing it would be an economic drain.
