Suppose a 13-year-old boy watched a Saturday afternoon TV show about people who keep and train rattlesnakes. On the show there were scenes of other teenagers handling rattlers. A few days later the boy himself tried to pick up a rattlesnake just as he had seen it done on the program. But the boy was bitten by the snake and seriously injured. Assess the boy's chances of winning a lawsuit against the producer of the show.
