I know the the marajuana plant has a male and a female but what about a plant like a philodendron or a schefflera, do they have a male and a female. If so how do you tell?

Most plants are hermaphrodites, they have both male and female parts and can self fertilize. For example, an angiosperm (flowering plant) the stamen contains the pollen (male gamete) and the female part is the ovule (inside the flower)
