Are embryo cells the only pluripotent cells? Or can embryo cells also be totipotent cells?

totipotency only exist in plants, it means that the entire organism can be rebuilt (if damaged) from only 1 cell of that organism
pluripotency means that the cell is able to differentiate into many types of tissue, it does not exist in humans
