Place one hand on the medial and one on the lateral thigh to begin horizontal stroking. Slide hands up and around the thigh, exchanging positions with a smooth sliding and lifting motion. Apply from the knee to just below the attachments of the adductors. Be mindful of professional boundaries when touching the inside of the leg.
