How would a Hypothalamus-pituitary tumor effect normal kidney function?

How is ADH (Anti-Diuretic Hormone) affected, does production increase or decrease?

Thanks for the help.

The posterior pituitary makes and releases just two hormones, namely antidiuretic hormone (ADH). ADH decreases urine production - it causes more water filtered by the kidneys to be returned to the blood. This decreases the amount of urine. ADH also causes a rise in blood pressure. If there is a tumor, chances are ADH levels will rise.
