As a manager, you happen to observe something. You see one of your staff members using the copier where she appears to be running off eight copies of what appear to be invitations to her son's birthday party.
 
  You have never known her do anything like this in the past. The best way to handle the situation probably would be to:
   A. Pretend you didn't see it and do nothing.
   B. Move the copier to where a secretary can supervise all copying.
   C. Reprimand the entire staff about use of the copier for personal business at the next scheduled staff meeting.
   D. Require the staff member to reimburse the organization 40 cents for the copies.
