first write balanced formulas, knowing the charges
 Fe 2+ ,
(NO3) -1
K+1
PO4 3-

Fe (NO3)2   +  K3 PO4
------------

then predict & write balanced formulas of the products:

Fe (NO3)2   +  K3 PO4 Rightwards Arrow Fe3 (PO4)2  &  K NO3

------------
last, balance the reaction's equation:

3 Fe (NO3)2   + 2 K3 PO4 Rightwards Arrow 1 Fe3 (PO4)2  & 6 K NO3
