Maybe UC Berkeley, which houses the Langley Porter Physciatric Center.

Harvard was rated the top research medical school so that's another place.

Yale and Stanford were also rated high in clinical as well as research.

Medical schools do not teach a specific medical specialty.  All doctors complete the same type of medical education (medical school) and then attend a residency program in their specialty of choice.
