We measure the "acidity" of a solution by measuring the concentration of hydronium ions, H30+.  What does it mean to say that one has a "neutral" solution?
a. the concentration of hydronium ions equals the concentration hydroxide ions.
b. the concentration of hydronium is higher than the hydroxide ions.
c. there are many more hydroxide ions in this solution than hydronium.
d. the Ph is about 0
