An actor filed a libel suit against a journalist for invading his privacy. The article included the fact that the actor had affairs with many women.

It even quoted a few such women who went out with him. The article even included photographs of the actor with different women at restaurants, movie theaters, nightclubs, etc. However, the court ruled against the actor.
The actor felt the journalist had committed which tort of privacy, and why did he lose the case?

  a) Publication of private facts; because the court felt that the article was newsworthy
  b) Intrusion into seclusion; because the court felt photographing someone in a public place was not intrusion
  c) False light; because the court felt the actor's portrayal as a womanizer was justified
  d) Appropriation; because the court felt the newspaper had not commercially used the actor's name or likeness
