Corporate alliances can provide much needed funds for nonprofits. However, the adage that, “there is no such thing as a free lunch” usually applies to corporate and nonprofit relationships, and the delivery of funds from for-profit entities usually has some cost to nonprofits, including reputational risk and breech of ethics. Based on the insights on for-profit thinking and strategies in the articles by Kim, Sung, and Lee (2012), Liu and Ko (2011), and any of your own scholarly research sources, construct an argument for or against the incorporation of corporate alliances with nonprofit organizations. In your argument, be sure to include at least two specific pieces of information that address ethical considerations.
