I'm doing a science project were I'm testing to see if the addition of EGCG and a-lipoic acid (antioxidants) will increase the survival rate of C. elegans under ultraviolet light. A liquid form would be ideal and I already have the lipoic acid. If anyone knows anything better, please put that too.

So how strict is your protocol?  You might be able to get away with just buying Green Tea extract, 8 bucks on the internet for a whole bottle... If you need the actual chemical...
Search for

Epigallocatechin gallate

through www.fishersci.com or some other science retailer.  Its a lot more expensive though around 70-100 dollars for only miligrams.

Oh, and to make a liquid, simply disolve a known ammount (mass/weight) in a known volume of water, it is very soluble... This way you get to choose the concentration!
