I suggest using the fitbit app with friends! It's fun to compete against your friends to see who can burn the most calories, take the most steps, get the most active minutes, and to see what each other are eating on a day-to-day basis.

You can also use My Fitness Pal, which lets you have "friends" as well. This makes eating healthy more fun and competitive.

You could also do meal preps for each week with friends. Make salads in a jar for lunch, all week. Just bring 5 jars, someone provide lettuce every Sunday and each person bring a topping.

I also recommend hot yoga and classes that you think you might enjoy. Make plans with friends to go to a cardio dance class, that way you'll have fun, laugh, be less likely to cancel, and have fun while working out!
