Right but to build muscle, muscles fibers need to torn and repaired. I don't think anyone has that mental ability. Even if someone could, hypothetically, they couldn't publish a study based on one person. That person would be considered an outlier in a larger study.

Tough to believe that simply thinking about exercise can replace the physical process involved in muscle building and stimulation, although the right mental attitude can definitely help a person succeed more readily in a gym setting
