  A) Reassure the client that the facility is safe.
  B) Convince the resident that the facility is his home.
  C) Restrain the client with the use of soft restraints.

Feedback:
The nurse should reassure the client that the facility where the client resides is safe. It is not appropriate to convince the client that the facility itself is his home, because it is not the home he knows. The client should not be restrained, because this may cause the client to become combative or hostile. Comforting the client by stating that he will be sent home soon may not be of any help.
