D) All but option D are features of cognitive apprenticeship models.  D    describes a specific guideline of reciprocal teaching, where the teacher diagnoses    students’ thinking (metacognition) based upon their “teaching”, and set goals or what    kind of instruction the student needs.  Although reciprocal teaching is a form of cognitive    apprenticeship in reading, D is not a general feature of all cognitive apprenticeship    models.
