HI micro, are you talking about step #4?

Place 100 ul drops on coverslips and place in tray with dampened paper towel and cover until needed.

When it comes to the dilution (x100); can it be diluted further into acetone? The 3 papers I read seem to use nile red in acetone or DMSO.
