Hello,

I have been attempting to prepare permanent mitosis and meiosis slides for both plant and animal models. I have used onion root tip, broad bean, drosophila and cricket. However I have had very little success with animal chromosomes.  I will appreciate any information or suggestive techniques from the forum.
