Hello,

I want to grow in collier media using different amino acids, but I dont have cytosine to add along other nucleosides. I was wondering If i grow without cytosine would it be a problem in the growth?
Thanks

It is like ECPM1, it has nutrients for growing bacteria, but amino acids are added individually. it's for labeling protein.
