When training new clinicians by having them shadow a colleague, what is one danger
  a supervisor must avoid?

  A. If a good supervisory relationship has not been established, the new hire may
bond with a peer instead of the supervisor.
  B. A clinician with an aggressive / independent learning style may resent not
  receiving the supervisor's personal attention.
  C. Failure to conduct all of the training may cause the supervisor to be perceived
as having a neglectful leadership style.
  D. If a new hire has experience, the clinician is likely to be offended by the
assumption that training on the mechanics of the job is needed.
