How should supervisors handle the blurring of boundaries that typically happens at
  Stage 4?
 
  A. Tolerate some blurring of professional and personal boundaries, but maintain
  efficiency.
  B. Encourage staffers to think of each other as people first and professionals
  second.
  C. Set an expectation that any personal relationships belong outside the office.
  D. Maintain a formal relationship with clinicians despite the temptation to get
  cozy.
