A person is arrested and charged with drunk driving. The local newspaper runs a story about the arrest. The person is later acquitted of the charges. What defense would be best for the newspaper in case that person sued for libel?
 
  a. truth (that is, the person really was drunk but wasn'tconvicted)
 b. absolute privilege
  c. qualified privilege
