This is called hypocalcemia.

Neurologic symptoms of hypocalcemia include the following:

  • Irritability, impaired intellectual capacity, depression, and personality changes
  • Fatigue
  • Seizures (eg, grand mal, petit mal, focal)
  • Other uncontrolled movements

Chronic hypocalcemia may produce the following dermatologic manifestations:

  • Coarse hair
  • Brittle nails
  • Psoriasis
  • Dry skin
  • Chronic pruritus
  • Poor dentition
  • Cataracts

If I take a dietary supplement of calcium and magnesium for my daily needs, is there any symptoms for having too much calcium intake?

Can I monitor any uncontrolled body movements (symptoms)? in order to determine when to take those supplement instead of taking it everyday on regular based, which would avoid intake calcium more than what I actually need.

Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you very much for any suggestions :>

Too much of anything is a bad thing.

If you take calcium without taking vitamin D3, it practically goes to waste since vitamin D3 is required for calcium to be absorbed by your bones, for instance.

I do exercise under sunlight 3 times (40 mins) per week, I hope I get enough vitamin D3 this way.

Suddenly shrinking movement occurred on arm, leg, eyebrow's muscle, would it be claimed as uncontrolled body movements?

That's not enough. Need vitamin D3 pills. In fact, a lot of calcium supplements now vitamin D3 due to their known benefits.

If you find yourself twitching or not particularly stable hours after taking the supplement, you'll get an idea there's something wrong.

If I find myself twitching before taking the supplement, should it be monitoring whether twitching is gone or not after taking the supplement?

Monitored through your observations only. You'll notice it, feel it. Just take the recommended dosage and you'll be fine.
