The earliest finish time for an activity
 a. is calculated by adding the activity's estimated duration to its earliest start time.
  b. is the same as the earliest start time of the activity's predecessor.
  c. should not be delayed or would cause the project to be delayed.
  d. is dependent upon the start time of its successor activities.
