Samuelson, who works for a major national newspaper, was offered a familiarization trip to an exotic location by a public relations firm representing the state's tourism industry.
 
  In exchange, Samuelson was asked by the firm to write a glowing review about the travel locale, which he could publish under his name. Samuelson politely declined the offer. Why did Samuelson decline?
   a) He must disclose this to his employer as this free trip could cause him to write a too favorable article.
   b) He cannot pitch it to other members of the media under his name without disclosing the payment.
