Mumps outbreaks have occurred in young adults. What is the reason for this occurrence?
 
  A. People had stopped getting mumps and other immunizations.
  B. The mumps vaccine was no longer effective against the agent because it has mutated.
  C. The mumps vaccine did not provide lifetime immunity.
