While shopping in the mall, the nurse sees a lady fall suddenly to the floor. On immediate assessment, the nurse realizes this is not a cardiac arrest and she has no need for CPR. The immediate actions by the nurse are to:
1.   check pulse and respirations, and call for a blood pressure cuff.
2.   check pulse, respirations, skin color, and temperature.
3.   call for help and check pulse, respiration, and mental status.
4.   have someone help place large blankets or coats under the legs and trunk.
