The nurse explains that the three symptoms characteristic of Cushing’s triad associated with increased ICP are:
1.   hypotension, tachycardia, and narrowing pulse pressure.
2.   hypertension, tachycardia, and headache.
3.   widening pulse pressure, headache, and seizure.
4.   bradycardia, hypertension, and widening pulse pressure.
