The nurse explains that a patient who has been determined to have had a complete stroke as a result of a ruptured vessel in the left hemisphere would be classified as:
1.   ischemic, embolic.
2.   hemorrhagic, subarachnoid.
3.   hemorrhagic, intracerebral.
4.   ischemic, thrombotic.
