The nurse would assess the progress of ascites on a daily basis by:
1.   daily weights and measuring abdominal girth.
2.   intake-output and electrolyte levels.
3.   blood pressure and pulse.
4.   daily temperatures and oxygen levels.


This is for my medical nursing class
