The nurse caring for a patient with diabetes insipidus should be alert for the following and report signs that indicate a change in condition (select all that apply):
1.   Dropping blood pressure
2.   Light clear urine
3.   Moist mucous membranes
4.   Excessive thirst
5.   Large urine output
