In Eukaryotes, DNA replication occurs only once per cell cycle because:
 a. Once enzymes involved in initiation are deactivated, they are rapidly degraded.
 b. Phosphorylation events of Cyclin B-CDK cause Cdc6p and some of the MCM to dissociate and degrade, while activating Cdc-7p-Dbf4p.
 c. RLF-B is confined to the cytosol and does not have access to the chromosome until the nuclear envelope disappears.
 d. a and b
 e. all of the above
