How would you calculate the extinction coefficient for NADH at 260 nm?
What will be an ideal response?

Using a standard solution of NADH, I would vary the concentration and determine the absorbance at 260 nm. Graphing A vs. concentration will give a straight line for at least part of it. Take the slope of the straight line. That is the extinction coefficient.
