What does Helicase do in transcription? I know that transcription factors unzip the DNA and that RNA transcribes the DNA, but what about Helicase?

Helicase works by breaking the hydrogen bonds between base pairs of the double helix.

Helicase is not needed in transcription since the polymerase enzyme does what helicase does at the same time.
