When working in a flow sheet, you can change the column labels from calendar dates to intervals of days or weeks by
 
  A) clicking on the Date Headings button, then selecting Relative to Current Encounter from the drop-down menu that appears.
  B) clicking on the View button, then selecting Relative to Current Encounter from the drop-down menu that appears.
  C) clicking on the View button, then selecting Encounter Intervals from the drop-down menu that appears.
  D) clicking on the Date Headings button, then selecting Encounter Intervals from the drop-down menu that appears.
