ANS: D
Hypertension in glomerulonephritis is usually due to fluid overload, and a sodium-restricted diet can help this problem. If the patient is on loop diuretics (often prescribed for hypertension in these patients), potassium is important. High fiber and low saturated fat are healthy diets for nearly everyone.
