Why are all causal claims inductive claims?
 
  A. Causation does not necessarily imply correlation.
  B. Induction is better suited to causality than any other type of connection.
  C. One cannot prove that the same event will have the same effect in the future.
  D. Causation is not a reliable source of knowledge.
