If you suffer from test anxiety it would be helpful to:
 
  a. Learn relaxation techniques like breathing and visualization.
  b. Accept your situation and avoid taking classes with tests.
  c. Take relaxing substances or drugs to help you relax before a test.
  d. Wait until the anxiety immobilizes you and then see a counselor.
